About this position Ateko is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead to build and own QA within our Salesforce Practice. This is a foundational role: you will define how Quality Assurance works within the practice, embed it into our delivery processes across Salesforce implementations, and drive the integration of AI into how we test and validate our work.
You won’t manage a team on day one. Instead, you’ll lead by influence, designing standards, frameworks, and tooling that Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects follow. You’ll be executing on hands‑on QA so you understand how our processes work today, but also take a lead role in building AI‑powered QA agents into our agentic workflows for tomorrow.
