About the Role
: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery, architecture governance, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions within a complex multi-region environment. The ideal candidate will act as the technical owner for the ISR console, Case lifecycle, PSR processes, queue/routing configuration, and supervisor tooling, while driving solution quality across build, release, cutover, and hypercare phases. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, enterprise integrations, operational service workflows, and delivery leadership, with the ability to collaborate across business, architecture, QA, release management, and downstream SFMC workstreams
