**Responsibilities**:- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce Tech lead, Developers, data analysts and integration developers providing guidance on design patterns, architectural best practices, and development methodologies.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
