About The Team

The Enterprise Architecture team defines the long‑term technical direction of Kinaxis’ enterprise platforms, ensuring a scalable, secure, and strategically aligned technology ecosystem. We work with Corporate IT and business teams to establish architectural guardrails, provide solution guidance, and maintain critical platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and others.

About The Role

As a Technical Architect, you are the technical authority and long‑term steward of the Salesforce platform at Kinaxis. Your responsibilities include designing solutions, guiding developers on engineering best practices, and ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, developers, security, and business teams to align technical designs with business value and architecture standards.
