We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within the Insurance domain.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will lead design and development efforts, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions in the Insurance domain
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce FSC implementations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Insurance lifecycle processes (lead to policy servicing)
- Drive integration strategy and implementation (CTI, SSO, external...
