Hi! Were a small family with a sweet 3-month-old baby boy. My husband and I both work from home, and were looking for a kind, calm, and trustworthy nanny to support us 3 times per week for around 23 hours at a time. The days are flexible and can be arranged together.
The main role would be caring for our baby during those hours so we can fully focus on work. Were looking for someone experienced with young babies, gentle, attentive, and confident supporting healthy development and age-appropriate stimulation. Experience with Montessori-style activities and infant development is a big plus.
We would also appreciate someone who can help us gradually teach our baby to sleep in his own bed in a gentle and supportive way.
When the baby is sleeping, light help around the house such as tidying the kitchen or small household tasks would be appreciated.
