Sanitation Supervisor

Position Description:

Supervise the sanitation groups and provide hands on leadership for the implementation and coordination of sanitation programs.

This is a working Supervisor position, in which the Supervisor performs the same cleaning tasks, side-by-side the crew while supervising. Fills in for tasks and duties when crew members are absent; must be flexible with hours and days to assure required tasks are completed on time and with minimal risk to the food safety program.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure that the Plant and grounds are in compliance with all Sanitation regulations required for food plants, and internal and third party audit criteria.
• Ensure that all employees follow all company policies and procedures for the safe, quality, efficient and ethical operation of the plant.
