Core Mandatory Requirements:  
Experience:  5 to 8 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration and support. 
Deployment Expertise:  Proven experience with public cloud  (AWS, Azure, GCP), private cloud , and on-premise  SAP implementations. 
Technical Migration & Upgrade Skills:  Must have direct experience with:OS/DB migrations 
Upgrades to SAP S/4HANA 
SAP S/4HANA system conversions 
Database upgrades (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)
