The Role 1. Incident and Request Management in the AMS Environment
Analyze and resolve functional incidents in SAP BPC , related to:
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Financial consolidation
Data loads, validations, business rules, and reporting
Handle incidents and requests in SAP BW , ensuring:
Proper execution of ETL data load processes
Data availability and consistency in InfoProviders (DSOs, InfoCubes, ADSOs)
Correct operation of queries and reports
Verify data flows between source systems and SAP BW/BPC , identifying load errors, inconsistencies, or data deviations.
Manage tickets under the AMS operating model , complying with defined priorities, impact levels, response times, and SLAs .
