Our client is currently hiring for the position of SAP Business One – Functional Support Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support to SAP B1 users for daily operational issues
- Assist users in modules across all departments and sister companies
- Log, track, and resolve user issues through ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical team
- Support in data entry, validation, and data cleanup within SAP B1
- Prepare basic reports and support users in report extraction
- Provide end-user training and guidance on system usage
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides
