We are hiring a SAP C4C Analyst to support and enhance enterprise CRM solutions within a global environment. This role serves as a key functional‑technical bridge, driving solution design, system stability, and continuous improvement across SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).

What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and configurations
• Design, configure, and enhance SAP C4C (Sales & Service) solutions
• Act as the primary contact for incidents, enhancements, and change requests
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions or workarounds
