PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To accurately and timely capture data of all reservations and requisitions on SAP system to ensure smooth operational production at shafts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting/Finance Certificate will be advantageous
- Computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
- Stores SAP Capture Clerk with Materials Management experience is desirable
- Administrative controlling/organising clerical experience is desirable
- Valid Medical certificate or medically fit to obtain such a certificate
COMPETENCIES
- Customer service awareness is essential
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people of all cultures and levels
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential
