Job Description The Data Migration Lead is responsible for managing and delivering SAP data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation of data in S/4HANA conversion projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive successful data migration initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities Lead SAP data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL). 
Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
Utilize S/4HANA conversion tooling and approaches effectively. 
Provide delivery leadership for migration projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and governance are met. 
Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data-related issues. 
Qualifications & Certifications 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP data migration or ETL projects....
