Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME to join our team in Amsterdam. This role requires a strong functional and technical understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with a focus on Netherlands Payroll (NL Payroll).
You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, resolving complex payroll issues, and supporting ongoing payroll operations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve payroll issues, including tax-related discrepancies
- Perform end-to-end NL payroll configuration
- Handle PCR and Schema changes
