Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and requirements assessment throughout project implementation, from planning to cutover.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with system design.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, and ensure accuracy of configurations and deployments.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, production issue resolution, and post-go-live activities including user training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with standards while providing progress updates to leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, business analysis, or finance/accounting operations
