Key Responsibilities Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fieldglass modules Manage end-to-end contingent workforce management and service procurement Act as SME for Worker Profile Management and compliance processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers Support integrations with enterprise systems Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Fieldglass solutions Drive process improvements using data insights and user feedback Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing Mandatory Skills SAP Fieldglass VMS Contingent Workforce Management Service Procurement Worker Profile Management Experience : 4–11 years Role Level : Senior Specialist
