Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design software functionalities and technical specifications.
- Identify business process pain points and propose solutions through process improvements or system enhancements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain code for projects and change requests.
- Perform internal testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing activities.
- Design and implement standard or customized solutions based on business needs.
- Support developers during solution implementation and assist QA/testing teams when required.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides.
- Provide regular progress updates to supervisors and stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams for solution integration.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge, particularly in SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM) and its integration with surrounding applications.
