As an IDT Developer, you will have a strong grasp of the semantic layer and exactly how FI and CO module tables interact.
Core IDT Modeling Competencies
To build high-performance data foundations and business layers, your resource should possess the following skills:
Relational and OLAP Data Modeling: Extracting and combining metadata from backend SAP HANA systems or data warehouses.
Semantic Layer Design: Creating user-friendly hierarchies, custom measures, and dimensions in the Business Layer.
Complex Joins and Aliases: Managing loops, contexts, and alias tables to resolve ambiguous SQL joins across finance dimensions.
