Role Overview  
The SAP CRM Functional Consultant  is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing SAP CRM solutions, and configuring the system to support Sales, Service, and Marketing processes. The role acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring SAP CRM solutions align with business objectives. 
Key Responsibilities  
Understand and document business requirements related to Sales, Service, and Marketing  processes 
Configure SAP CRM modules including:  
Organizational Management 
Business Partner & Account Management 
Service Orders, Complaints, and Contracts 
Interaction Center / Web UI
