Requirements
- Must have 7+ years in performance testing / performance engineering, with majority hands-on experience in NeoLoad (design, scripting, execution, analysis)
- Proven experience in SAP performance testing for S/4HANA or ECC, including SAP GUI, Fiori, OData/REST, HTTP(S) based transaction
- Strong expertise in correlation, dynamic parameter handling, data-driven testing, error handling, and creating reusable test assets in NeoLoad
- Experience with end-to-end performance test lifecycle: NFR understanding, workload model, test data strategy, test execution, results analysis, reporting, and sign-off support
- Working knowledge of SAP performance analysis touchpoints and ability to collaborate with SAP Basis/Infra teams for root cause analysis
