Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:

Manage the project & accountable for timely and accurate customer deliveries

Review support execution & reporting on the project progress and provide direction and guidance as needed

Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence

take critical business decisions to meet customer expectations

Responsible for Continuous improvements & overall Delivery excellence

Having a minimum of 12+ yrs of hands-on work experience.

Flexible to work in different shifts as per project need.
