SAP SF CPI - Lead Consultant / Solution Architect

ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability. KEY TASKS: Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
