  Experience: 
 Design, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment Marketing RMK OR Onboarding 2.0.
 Assess customer business requirements and prepare a functional specification document.
 Configure SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Recruitment Marketing RMK OR Onboarding 2.0
 Prepare test cases and participate in testing cycles.
 Deployment planning and coordination
 Assist end-users with UAT.
 Provide training to end-users.
