Scaffolding Foreman

Responsibilities

• Design scaffolding and formwork systems for event and temporary structures
• Prepare detailed drawings, layout plans and technical documentation
• Ensure all designs meet safety and structural compliance standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams and production teams
• Modify and update designs based on site requirements and project changes
• Support the team in delivering accurate and timely design outputs

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in scaffolding or formwork design
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or temporary structures (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of structural safety standards and design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility with working hours, including night shifts when required
