About the job Scaffolding Supervisor (Offshore)
Job Purpose:
Lead scaffolding operations onshore and offshore, ensuring safe and efficient work platforms for construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate tasks to crew, demonstrating safe scaffolding assembly/disassembly.
- Train subordinates and maintain tools/equipment in optimal condition.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and report hazards.
- Investigate crew grievances and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Oil & Gas scaffolding operations.
- Offshore safety certifications and ability to read/write reports in English.
