About the Role
As a Scent Design Associate – Body Care, you will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas, and development processes. The role is based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai.
Where You’ll Make a Difference- Manage Go-To-Market projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies.
- Connect market, customer, and consumer needs to identify, develop, or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insights, marketing) to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities.
