Scent O2C & Customer Service Specialist

IFF is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team in Chin Bee, Singapore. In this hybrid role, you will support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and ensure timely order fulfilment, while also engaging in customer inquiries and managing order documentation.
