Description
AWS MOTOR is seeking a result-oriented Senior Constracts Manager supporting our Global SCFM operations. The Senior Contracts Manager will work across the full breadth of the SCFM organisation, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all contract types within the portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with a strong emphasis on real estate transactions (Letters of Intent, leases, subleases, licenses, CRA (Cost Reimbursement Agreements) AFL (Agreements for Lease), drafting Work Orders and supporting docu-mentation, financial business case preparation, and end-to-end approvals management. The scope covers ongoing lease servicing for existing facilities, contractual negotiations for facility retrofits, Li-cense of Alterations and contract documents for new build projects.
