Job Description

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, stays calm under pressure, and communicates clearly with engineers, supervisors, and clients.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative scheduling team where no two days are the same and teamwork really matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily breach reports, identify urgent or early breaches, and escalate critical issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Allocate work orders to engineers, ensuring clear priorities and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage breaches and SLAs, working in deadline order and escalating at-risk jobs with a clear resolution plan.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed job notes and update statuses correctly across scheduling systems.
  • Liaise regularly with engineers, supervisors, and colleagues via phone, email, and Teams to keep work moving.
