Scheduling Coordinator

Position Summary

Reporting to the Coastal Planning Team Lead, the role is to assist the Ship Maintenance Lead (SML) in organizing all required routines and developing an integrated schedule for the Work Period. The role also includes managing and maintaining data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data needs for the AJISS program and the Royal Canadian Navy's DRMIS Data Management System. This role manages the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules. Additional tasks include raising purchase requisitions on behalf of the SML, collecting and organizing Objective Quality Evidence, and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack management.
