Have broad experience and a thorough understanding of heavy civil construction scheduling
Be a self-starter
Be able to work well in a team setting as well as demonstrates the ability to work independently
Have good judgement and attention to detail.
Be a hands-on team player who isn’t afraid to creatively solve problems. 
Be capable of developing complex schedules with little supervision
Be able to meet critical deadlines and lead/mentor others in a positive team environment
Responsibilities:
Oversee the training, coordination, and supervision of Scheduling for the entire organization.
Support Project Teams in development of baseline project schedules and progress updates to project schedules. For more complicated projects, more involvement in creating schedules may be required.
