Scoreboarding Specialist

Summary

Primarily Scoreboarding specialists will make sure of contract and details indicated are correct, send out templated emails to the partner companies addressing their concerns, and perform mainly validation of details and roles that are task-based.

Responsibilities

• Role is responsible for ensuring revenue is captured properly in Telarus systems
• Assimilate, analyze, and maintain records of sales and commission data through various systems
• Perform basic math calculations to enable proper revenue amount entry
• Accurately and quickly enter revenue and other data into Telarus systems
• Transition orders to the Order Management Team responsible for the order
• Communicate with agents and internal Telarus teams to seek clarification as needed
• Address order entry issues internally
• Will engage in on-going education on supplier product offerings
