Job Description
An opportunity for Supply Chain and Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe.
Responsibilities
- Manage/contribute to the supply chain and quality aspects of the contract; responsible for on-time, high-quality (and, where applicable, cost-related) performance.
- Manage supplier quality approvals; ensure that suppliers comply with the required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor or support New Product Introductions (NPI), Transfer of Work (ToW), and process changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity prior to the serial production phase.
- Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance, and contribute to supplier development.
- Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Develop short-term recovery plans.
- Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
