For our client, a leading Irish food and convenience retailer in Ireland, we are looking for a Scratch Baker.
Candidate information/requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience working as a baker or bakery assistant
Previous experience with food preparation and bakery products preparation from scratch (bread, pastry, cookies, sweet goods, etc.)
HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate level of English is required
About the job:
Permanent, full-time position
Early morning shifts starting between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM depending on the rota
Opportunity to work in a well-established bakery operation with a team of 5 people across bakery and support roles
