Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Summary:

This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead an organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within their Capital Markets division. The successful candidate will guide teams through change, actively contribute to establishing a new Agile framework, and be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.
