Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Scrum Master for the AI department at a large Financial Enterprise. Beyond managing individual squads you will lead the Scrum of Scrums to synchronize multiple teams, manage cross-project dependencies, and provide a unified single source of truth for senior leadership through expert Jira orchestration.
Key Responsibilities- Program Orchestration : Lead the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) to align multiple AI squads, manage inter-team dependencies, and resolve priority conflicts across the program.
- Multi-Board Governance : Maintain high-integrity data across a shared Jira Space, ensuring distinct team boards accurately reflect separate priorities while rolling up into a consolidated program view.
- Executive Visualization : Design custom Jira dashboards for senior stakeholders focusing on Sprint Goals, Burndown, Scope Creep, additions, deletions, and Quarterly velocity.
