Scrum Master - 4-month contract - Immediate start - Abu Dhabi  
Contract is highly likely to be extended. 
Onsite in Abu Dhabi 
We’re looking for a strong, delivery-focused Senior Scrum Master  to support complex technology squads and help drive efficient, predictable software delivery. 
This is not a passive Scrum Master role. We need someone who can bring structure, remove blockers, run strong ceremonies, manage delivery flow and help squads move faster with better discipline. 
Key responsibilities:  
Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple squads, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives 
Support complex backlog management, ensuring stories are clear, complete and ready for delivery 
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders to break down large epics into deliverable increments
