Role Summary
The Scrum Master / Task Planner is responsible for converting approved priorities into clear sprint execution, keeping the task board organised, following up on progress, and helping the team deliver consistently across multiple projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare sprint plans with the Product Owner, CTO, and development team.
- Break requirements into clear tasks and subtasks with acceptance criteria.
- Manage Jira or the selected task management system.
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track task progress, blockers, dependencies, and handovers.
- Coordinate QA testing flow and release readiness checks.
- Keep sprint scope visible and organised for all stakeholders.
