Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a servant‐leader who can coach cross‐functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure high‐quality, on‐time delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand‐ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams
Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metrics
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
Support release planning, roadmap execution, and cross‐team coordination
