What you will do:

1. Entity Management & Governance (Europe, META & Ireland Focus)
Serve as the primary company secretarial and governance lead for all Europe and META legal entities, providing expert guidance on governance, compliance and corporate structure matters.
Take full, hands-on responsibility for the company secretarial function of Irish entities.
To provide advice and support to the boards of directors and senior management for Europe and META entities on governance, compliance, and statutory obligations.
2. Board & Committee Support
Organize, coordinate, and minute all board meetings for key Europe and META entities.
Prepare board packs, agendas, resolutions, and maintain official corporate records.
