Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can support frontline teams, maintain service standards, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account management teams to deliver best-in-class service and performance across KAN accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the OSC job management team to ensure delivery meets contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Support and guide Placemakers to achieve contract-specific service levels.
  • Conduct planned visits with each Placemaker, ensuring every individual is visited at least every six weeks.
  • Assist the Sector Manager with recruitment and vetting activities, ensuring compliance requirements are met and vacancies are filled within 48 hours.
