Top tier UK law firm offers a new opportunity to join its fast-growing Securitisation team. They would love to hire an Associate with around 3 to 5 years’ PQE in Securitisation which will include structured and funds finance transactions.

Candidates should have trained and qualified in a leading finance practice and have exposure to securitisations, warehouse facilities, mezzanine structures, mortgage‑backed deals, fund finance, and emerging asset classes such as crypto‑linked securitisations. Working for dynamic partners and within a wider highly acclaimed Finance practice, you will gain excellent experience and enjoy deep involvement in the end-to-end transaction.
