Security Assistance Initiative Program Analyst

The Opportunity:

Provide analytical and decision-making support. Support Security Assistance efforts through planning, prioritization, case lifecycle management, training, sustainment, and other Security Cooperation Office (SCO) functions. Provide expertise on all Legislative Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) authorities. Identify capability requirements and propose solutions to address capability gaps. Support a portfolio of joint military capabilities including but not limited to ground combat systems, air defense, aviation, unmanned systems, command and control, and maritime systems. Coordinate pre-Letter of Request (LOR) activities, LORs, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), case development, program execution, and Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) efforts for capability-based SA/SC programs. Develop and lead U.S. interagency and Allied and Partner Nation meetings to ensure SA/SC progra...
