 What you’ll bring (Must‑Haves)
Valid BC Security Licence
OFA Level 1 (or equivalent)
Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
 Assets (Nice‑to‑Haves)Resided in Canada for the past 5 years (for clearance purposes)
AST certification
Additional First Aid training
