SUMMARY:
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the safety and protection of various mining sites. Implement security protocols, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with law enforcement, and training staff on security procedures. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining good relations internal, external and with 3rd party contractor employees
• Ensuring the rendering of security service deliver in line with SOPâs
• Ensuring compliance and that all security officers meet contractual requirements as stipulated by the organization
• Identification and mitigation of risks
• Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services
• General management and supervision of security staff and operations, including rosters and posting of staff
