Security mobile supervisor

PABC Security Solutions is seeking a capable, punctual and experienced Security Mobile Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, site compliance, officer performance, client communication, QMS reporting and operational feedback.

The successful candidate must have strong security experience, good leadership ability, excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must be strict, professional and able to train and manage officers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, site instructions and client requirements.
