Security - Officer (Daily Worker)

SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Residences, tenants, visitors, and employees. The role ensures compliance with Shangri-La standards, conducts patrols, monitors security systems, and responds to incidents efficiently while providing professional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written) - only CV in English will be considered. 
Minimum one year of experience (part time or full time) in security, law enforcement, or customer service, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial buildings.
Minimum Gada Pratama Certificated is a must.

Vocational or minimum of high school graduated is preferred. 
Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency procedures.
