The role
Must have:
SIA and CCTV licences
Right to work in the UK
Excellent customer service soft skills
A good level of spoken and written English 
Basic report writing and IT skills 
Demonstrable experience of dealing with difficult people and finding solutions 
Drive and self-motivation
Keen eye for detail and awareness of security risks
