JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the safety and security of Universal Orlando’s guests, employees, and company assets.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees by performing a variety of roles including walking patrols, motorized patrols, and occupying various access control points. Utilizes radio telecommunication to report potentially unsafe, suspicious, or threatening conditions.
+ Identifies prohibited items through routine screening of bags, packages, and deliveries and prevents said items from entering property. Conducts routine visual inspections of structures, buildings, carts, and safes to protect company assets during and after business hours.
+ Responds to reported incidents, assesses the scene, and analyzes the situation using sound judgment all while collecting necessary information to construct a written witness statement.
