Location: B&Q Watford (Part Time - 27hrs Per Week)
Position: Security Officer
Pay: £13.70 per hour
Shifts: Covering annual leave and sick leave only in the store
About the Role
Mitie is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for our B&Q retail store. Full training and a quality induction will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Act as a visual deterrent on the shop floor
- Safely detain offenders following H&S training
- Utilise store security systems, including CCTV and EAS gates
- Collaborate with covert security operatives
- Investigate losses and support inquiries about known offenders
